Things to Know
If you are interested in scheduling your first appointment with me, please create a patient portal account and self-schedule a New Patient appointment. The default setting for all New Patient appointments is for telehealth visits. If you would like to meet in person: Please self-schedule a New Patient telehealth appointment, then ask me to change it to an in person appointment by emailing Dr.Rebekah@strongmentalhealth.org
I do not offer meet-and-greet appointments prior to our scheduled session
Follow-up sessions are done remotely via synchronous telehealth using HIPPA-compliant video software. You must be physically located in the state where your provider holds a license (WA State) and you must have BOTH audio and visual connectivity for the duration of the session.
As of May 2023, not all insurance companies have continued to cover telehealth. It is the patient's responsibility to know their insurance coverage details.
Existing clients, please login to the patient portal to schedule or reschedule future appointments.
My clients are cisgender or transgender women. I also see non-gestational parents who have had a baby within the last 12 months. I see clients with a variety of mental health concerns and diagnoses including but not limited to depression, anxiety, bipolar spectrum disorders, panic disorder, PTSD, psychotic symptoms, and ADHD.
Telehealth
If you would like to meet in-person, please self-schedule a telehealth New Patient appointment from the patient portal, then ask me to change it to in-person by emailing Dr.Rebekah@strongmentalhealth.org
Then, depending on your individual care plan, you may need to have in-person appointments annually and as needed when medically necessary. All other follow-up visits are via telehealth.

Whether you have never taken psychiatric medications or you are looking to optimize your current treatment, working with a psychiatric provider can set you up for success.
Reproductive Psychiatry
No matter which stage of growing your family you are in, proper management of mood and anxiety disorders promotes a healthy parent-baby attachment.
It is the client's responsibility to verify insurance coverage for behavioral health services prior to the first scheduled visit.
