If you are looking to establish care, or it has been longer than 3 years since your last visit with Dr. Strong, then this is the appointment for you. Your visit will be 90 min long and begin only after your completed online forms have been submitted.

Long Visit
I would like to have a 50 min appointment with my provider for Medication Management and/or Psychotherapy. This is recommended for patients WITH new side effects or other concerns.

Short Visit
I would like to have a 30 min follow-up appointment with my provider for medication management. This is recommended for patients WITHOUT new side effects or other concerns.
